Security for your web conferences
Encrypted data transfer and access protection for your web presentations
To protect the web presentation against unauthorised access from outside the users’ identity is verified upon signing up. Users must enter their name, e-mail address and PIN code for authentication purposes. Once logged-in only SSL encoded data are transferred. This method prevents unauthorised access to data that are transferred between the user’s computer and the server.
Security during the conference with the Conference Control Panel
Guide your participants through the presentation easily and securely. As moderator you can manage and control the web conference by using a web browser via the Conference Control Panel (CCP). Select your presentation from the list. The CCP displays the current status of all web participants. You can change the status, lock and end the conference.
List of participants and cost control after the conference
After the web conference you can access a list of all participants including dial-in time, name and costs by clicking the Conference Details button in your account. You can also opt for detailed call itemisation in your account and download the data onto your computer.
Limited number of participants for secure web conferencing
You can set a maximum number of participants when booking your web conference. If you then select the "no further participants admitted" option, new participants, who try to log-in, will not be admitted. (The moderator can deactivate this setting in the CCP and allow new participants to dial-in to the conference.)
