Would you like to hold a dial-out conference call with 8 participants?

If you have chosen a dial-out conference call, the system will call all participants at a specific time and will connect them to each other. You will enter all telephone numbers and the participants’ names when booking the conference.
The conference initiator will pay for all dial-out conference costs.

It is also possible to use special phone numbers for dial-in telephone conferences. The total amount will then be charged to the participant’s telephone invoice (e.g. 14 cent/minute from Germany. Special international phone number upon request.)

Cost control for your business processes

Add different users to your account at www.teleconf.de or allocate your conference calls to cost centres: Keeping your costs under control:

• After the conference call the costs for the entire conference and for each participant are listed in your account in the CONFERENCE DETAILS section. Filter your conference calls according to users or cost centres.
• Additionally, you have access to the invoice and itemisation in your account in the INVOICE ITEMISATION section. The data is available in different file formats (CSV, HTML, MS Excel). Invoice itemisation is available for specific users or cost centres of your account.
