Would you like to hold a dial-in web conference and a presentation with 8 participants?

The conference intiator does not have to pay the full dial-in web conference costs. A web conference provides two lines for each participant: a telephone and a data line which are both charged per minute and participant.

It is also possible to use special phone numbers for dial-in telephone conferences. The total amount will then be charged to the participant’s telephone invoice (e.g. 14 cent/minute from a land-line in Germany). Special international phone numbers are available on request.
The participants will pay for their telephone call within Germany’s fixed network. These fees are charged to their telephone invoices.

Cost control for your business processes

Add different users to your account at www.teleconf.de or allocate your telephone conferences to cost centres. Keeping your costs under control:

• During the conference you can check your current conference costs displayed in the CONFERENCE box of the Conference Control Panel (CCP).
• After the telephone conference the costs for the entire conference and for each participant are listed in your account in the CONFERENCE DETAILS section. Filter your telephone conferences according to users or cost centres.
• Additionally, you have access to the invoice and itemisation in your account in the INVOICE ITEMISATION section. The data is available in different file formats (CSV, HTML, MS Excel). Invoice itemisation is available for specific users or cost centres of your account.
