Firewall friendly Telephone and Web Conferences:
Telephone and web conferences on the Interet are transmitted via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). The data is securely transferred via HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). Additionally, the information is protected by SSL with an encryption key. This means that our telephone and web conferences are firewall friendly and can be used with a standard Internet connection.
If you can easily browse through the Internet on your PC and use secure data transfer options, such as online banking, you can also easily log into your account, control telephone and web conferences by using the Conference Control Panel (CCP) and start or view slide presentations on your screen. Moreover, the Conference View Panel provides your participants with an overview of the telephone conference and displays presentations.
The built-in Online Collaboration Module is also based on these web protocols and the SSL encryption. This means that you can share your screen with other participants, who have access to the Internet, and jointly use and edit documents on the moderator's or the participants' PCs.
