Dial-In conference calls
The participants dial a dial-in number, enter a PIN code and are then connected to the telephone conference. They can dial a land-line number or a shared cost telephone number.
Dial-Out conference calls
You control who participates in the conference. If you book a telephone conference you enter the telephone numbers of all the participants. The system calls all participants at the appointed time and connects them to the conference. You may also allow dial-in participants to join dial-out conferences (optional).

To control the conference call the installation of software and the purchasing of hardware is not necessary.
Flexible Costs model
Conference call costs are charged to each participant individually. The fees also vary according to the conference duration. The conference fees for each participant can be charged to their telephone invoice issued by the caller’s telecommunications company (dial-in by dialling a shared cost telephone number). It is also possible to arrange that costs are partly or completely covered by the conference initiator. You can issue an invoice or access invoice itemisation in your account.
Efficient integration into your business processes
You can add different users to your account or allocate your conference calls to cost centres. Use joint address books to plan conferences more efficiently and your diary to perfectly integrate appointments into your schedule. Take advantage of recordings in the form of wav and mp3 files for documentation purposes.
Flexibility for large international conferences
Our solution enables customers to hold conferences with up to 600 participants. International dial-in telephone numbers and multilingual user guidance ensure global accessibility. Our conference call system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, clients may set up a telephone conference through standard telephone connections (land-line or mobile) or Voice over IP. Hybrid conferences are also possible.
